Our director has 23 years’ expertise and experience in providing quality services in accordance with the Good Industry Practice. The director is qualified to a BSc degree, have DPSI and membership of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.

All other staff members are also qualified and have competitive skills.

We are accredited to latest ISO 9001:2015 QMS certificate and have Corporate Membership of the professional body, Institute of Translation and Interpreting.
Recruiting Suitable Linguists
We outsource our translation and interpreting assignments to carefully selected freelance linguists. We make sure that the freelance linguists (supply chain) who we select and add to our database have required professional qualifications and experience and are selected according to our documented selection and recruitment procedure to ensure that they:

have a degree or equivalent in their language of origin;

have one or more of the following qualifications:​

DPSI or DipTrans
-
BA or MA or equivalent in interpreting and translation
-
Metropolitan Police Test
-
Community Level -3
-
Membership of MCIL, ITI or NRPSI
-
have 2-3 years’ experience of providing translation/interpreting in various settings;
-
a valid DBS checked.
